I had not gotten OG107s before, so these are my first pair. And I was not disappointed; the highlights for me are: -The Fit: So, yes, this is a wide-leg pant; I know most sizing will err on the side of generous. But the thigh, hip (NOT waist), and rear rise are what made me love these. I'm a phat 5'10" with a usual inseam length of 32"-30", so the 35" was worrisome, but these pants didn't feel baggy at all; they felt airy and had a nice drape for a light fabric weight. Basically, I could move easily in them on hikes or wear them to the office; they were like performance trousers. -The Material: it felt nice, not stiff or scratchy, just nice and no fuss. Also, like I said before, it doesn't look baggy, but it drapes better with some suspenders. It bunches up when you use the side tabs, but even then, it's not a bad look. Very handsome and comfy fabric. The only issue I had was when I (like an idiot) dried my pants...in the dryer. Exactly like the tag said not to. But the front button cracked on me. That was disappointing, and even without me not following directions with the care, that front button felt under a lot of stress the entire time I wore these (even though I sized up). The repair was easy, and I added a shank for it, but it was odd considering these cost like $220. Anyways, I would recommend getting these; I've had them for a few weeks and have hiked and worn them to work, and they've felt great.
